Somewhere near Nihoto, a small village near Dimapur in Nagaland, in the northeastern part of India, I found a young boy relishing a bowl of porridge made of rice and pieces of goat meat. As I clicked several pictures of him and his surroundings, he remained so engrossed in his meal that he never once looked up at me. That food was perhaps heavenly.
