This little girl, Devi, caught my attention while I was trying to capture children playing in a small village near Hyderabad. Her grey eyes and pleasant smile made me revisit the village on three different occasions—just to capture her. Playful yet shy, she seemed to get along with everyone. And before I realized it, she had become my little friend and muse.
