Somewhere around Nihoto, a small village near Dimapur, Nagaland in the north eastern part of India, I found a young boy relishing a porridge made of rice and pieces of goat meat. While I clicked several pictures around him and of him, he seemed so engrossed never to look up at me or his surroundings. That food was perhaps heavenly.
