As the sun went down in the holy city of Pragyaraj in the month of January, it had become really cold. I started walking towards the boats to go back to my tent when I stumbled upon a sight I can never forget. Wrapped tightly in a shawl, this young flower-seller sat alone beside a basket that was still full, lost in thought. The day had ended, and it was clear no one had bought from her. It was touching as I got my camera out again and captured her from a distance. She probably was hoping for a better life. I hope she finds one.
